Padlock in registering/choosing a plan

Hi, I can't add my credit card details, it shows a lock icon(padlock). What can be done? I am just registering right now. I have also followed the steps on the support centre page. Didn't work

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'd be happy to provide some assistance with your Shopify bills, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, are you receiving an error after entering your payment details? 

 

If so, I'd encourage you to confirm that the payment method being used is one of our accepted options. We have a great Billing FAQ Page that touches on this further, but includes:

 

  • A valid credit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express
  • A debit card that is co‑branded with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express
  • Shopify Balance in some regions
  • PayPal in some regions

 

If you have reviewed the outlined payment methods, but continue to receive an error, I recommend using another credit card to see if this helps to resolve. If the issue persists however, please feel free to Contact Support to allow for further investigation. Our advisor team will be able to take a closer look as we wouldn't have access to account specific information through the Community.

I can't add my card details. the padlock sign doesn't allow me to add my card details. This was when I could login. but now i can't login. Also. I can't even login on web anymore. I add to use the shopify app to even login. I need the web to work particularly to build my store. after I input my email and password it says: If your most recent stores aren't listed, reload the page or try again later.
