Hi @Bluebird_764

Thank you for reaching out about this issue. I am sorry to hear that you had to pause your store to get this figured out.

Since the checkout is the same experience across all standard Shopify stores, generally there shouldn't be any issues loading it. If you are seeing an error message when going to the checkout, we definitely want to investigate this more closely with you.

If you haven't already, I would strongly suggest reaching out to our live support team for troubleshooting on this matter. To contact our live support please follow this link: Shopify Help Center - Contact Support, sign into your store account, search for your issue and use the contact support button at the bottom of the search results to see all our live support options.

For help troubleshooting this on the forums, we will need the password for the password protect page on your store to replicate the error message. We definitely do not want your personal account password, just the customer password for the password page. You can set a specific one to use while troubleshooting and change it once that is done. You can adjust the password under Online Store > Preferences.
