Pay Pal Express Button Doesn't work (Before used to work, Im in JAPAN)

My store's Pay Pal Express Button doesnt work!
When My customer proceed to the check out page, the Pay Pal Express Button does not work
Even though I tried filing out the shipping information first and proceed with the Pay Pall Express button, also does not work

Can someone help me?

Hi I am having the same problem with my store. PayPal express checkout button just refreshes the checkout page.
