Payment cleared but no payout. Why?

In the order log timeline for this order, it shows Customer paid with Amazon Pay. Confirmation # was given, and payment was processed. But no confirmation of funds appeared in the log for my next payout like it usually does. All my other orders have processed correctly and generated a payout, which i've received. Why didn't this one generate a payout?

It sounds as though your payout will be available through your Amazon account. However, we've recently onboarded a group of merchants to offer Amazon Pay through their Shopify Payments account. Can you tell me how you've set up Amazon Pay wallet in your store?

I'm not sure, as the person who set this up is no longer with us. I've deactivated Amazon pay to keep this from happening again. Thank you
