Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I'm trying to understand what could have caused this issue.
A customer paid the order using Pix and it was confirmed by the payment gateway but Shopify is not recognizing the payment, moving the order to an abandoned checkout, leading to wrong actions through automations.
It seems that the order was marked as abandoned a few seconds before the payment got confirmed by the payment gateway.
Hey, there! Orders can sometimes appear as abandoned checkouts if the customer closed the page after paying for their order, but before seeing the "thank you" page confirming that the order was complete. If you're positive that you have received the payment in your payment provider account, you can create a draft order and mark it as paid in the Shopify admin to resolve this. Thanks for response.
It seems like a bug, since this bypasses the Shopify fee charge. I'd rather not create the order and not be charged as well
