Hello ! I connected Stripe, and I can not accept payment, my clients write an error "Your payment could not be processed at this time, please try again in a few minutes" Stripe account is active and up and running. How to solve this problem? Thanks!
Looking at the error in the screenshot, there may be multiple reasons as to why this error occurred - either it is an issue on the customer's end, or the gateway itself is having issues.
The best way to determine this is to go to your Orders section in your Shopify admin, and look for this order in the Abandoned carts. Once you find it, click into it and scroll down to the Timeline section, where it will highlight any error messages that may have caused this failed process.
Once you have a look at it, if you're unsure how to proceed, please go ahead and include a screenshot of it in your next reply, and I will see how I can advise you from there! Could you also please let me know, is this the only customer that was having issues, or have you been having multiple reports of this?
