payment declined because of double conversion

Hello! 

We are running store https://ukrainianpuzzles.com/ We use Shopify payments and Shopify markets. 

It works well in North America but we are experiencing problems with accepting payments in Ukraine. The largest bank PrivatBank cards are denied because of double conversion. Could you possibly help us to find a solution to this problem? 

Please see below the extract from the message that a customer in Ukraine gets after trying to make a purchase: 

Unfortunately, PrivatBank was forced to reject this operation. If we had not done this, more money would have been debited from your hryvnia card than indicated on the store's website.
The amount indicated on the website is UAH 750.0.
The amount that would be debited from your card is UAH 765.3.
The difference of UAH 15.30 arises due to a double conversion between the exchange rate of the bank serving the store and the exchange rate of the payment system.
