Payment directly to origin store when using Sync.IO

We have a store in Shopify that uses Sync.IO to synchronize products from other stores and push the orders to them.

Usually, we create orders and payments in our store and Sync.IO pushes the orders to the correct origin store of the product.

But for alcohol we need to do the payment directly to the correct origin store.

Is there anyway in Shopify to create the order/checkout directly in another store?
