Payment Error - Payment section is saying its blank but it isn't

Hello, 

I have a client that is getting a "Credit Card can't be blank" message with an error alert pop up. In the store and on the backend of the site when inputting a manual order.

On the front end - the credit card info seems to be loading and doesn't let her input any information.

On the backend - she is able to input the cc information but then the page refreshes and the card number is deleted and the error message pops up saying "credit card cannot be blank"

This is an ongoing issue and would appreciate any support on this.  The website is www.shopthewilds.com
