payment failed

I have visa card which is working perfectly on some different online websites for giving and getting  payments why this is happening here again and again payment failed issue is coming is there any other solution to pay my subscription bill to Shopify .


I have balance in my card and all other online paying payment requirements are completed.

I understand that you are experiencing issues when trying to make a payment for your monthly plan. If your payment method is rejected and you are using a valid credit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express, please contact your bank for assistance. Here are some potential reasons why your payment may have been rejected:

  • If you are using a debit card, it must be co-branded with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. Debit cards that are not co-branded cannot be used.
  • Your credit card needs to allow for recurring payments in USD.
  • Your credit card needs to have international capabilities.
