Are there any alternative payment gateways aside from Shopify that your business utilizes?
I'm seeking a reliable payment gateway that offers robust fraud protection and potentially can intervene on our behalf if necessary.

While I can't speak to different gateways fraud protection abilities, I can definitely recommend some of the most popular payment gateways available to US merchants, if Shopify Payments is not a good fit for you.
I recommend looking at gateways that support "high risk" products as they are more likely to have more fraud protection options available.

HI There , may I ask you how did shopify assisted you to solve this problem? I am struggle now 2 weeks nobody helps me, everytime they keep same promisses in the chat and they do ping pong the tickets I ve created regarding the [payment issues. Ebverytime they fool me telling tha the developer will come back to me and solve the issue. Still nothing . In the minim timie client is asking back his money , which has never reflected to my bank in shopify. How am I going thought to those issues and hoe am I going to get the targets done? How did they helped you? By email or by chat?
I don't have any problem yet, i was just being cautious when asked the question. But I do turn the manual capture on, so anything with red flag will not automatically processed without me approving it to avoid scams.
I am looking for the same. Believe me , chats doenst help. Support is not either available to solve the problem. Only chats and again chats, without IT knowledges. I am struggle for the same weeks now.
