payment gateways for unregistered business in the philippines NEED HELP ASAP!!!

hey so im a small print on demand business and i need a payment gateway that doesnt require business registration asap. i used paypal but they hold my funds for 21 days which is what i need in order to produce my products which is a lot of hassle. are there any payment gateways without business documentation? i tried registering in paymongo and hoping i get accepted since it has a high rejection rate. need advice ASAP!
