My payment is pending as I hadn’t completed step-two authentication.  

i have now completed step-two authentication, when will payment be made to my bank.

When you say 'payment' - are you referring to a payout that you're expecting? In this situation, you should expect your payout to arrive on the next scheduled day to receive payouts. Since it's been a few days since you've reached out, has your payout landed in your account?

I have the same thing, I completed it at the weekend and it is still showing pending and you need to authenticate it they have payments from months ago of mine

Hi there, @mitaine. Thanks for taking the time to follow up on our thread here. It's good to meet you.

 

If you've recently set up 2FA for your shop, those recent pending payouts should be released to you as soon as possible. However, I'm more concerned with these other payouts that you mentioned that are months old.

 

If possible, can you please reach out to our Live Team so we can investigate why these older payouts are taking so long to reach you? I would investigate myself, but we can't authenticate users in the Community, so the sooner you reach out to our Live Team, the sooner we can help you get those funds sent your way!
