payment issues from Bangladesh

I want to do drop shipping from Bangladesh. But from Bangladesh I have to take dual currency for payment gateway. Now I can do only 1000 dollar transaction per year with that dual currency card and not more. Now if I generate good cells. So how do I pay my supplier? Where my transaction limit is 1000 dollars. I fix to fullfillment my store by zendrop. Can anyone please let me know the solution? I don't have any LLC or I have an American number I'm currently just looking to resolve this. I will fill in the steps later when the sell is generated. Now I have to start with very little. Please tell me the solution to this problem.
