Payment issues with Braintree and how to find merchant ID for 2 Advanced Credit/Debit Card - UseePay

Hi, so someone just tried to place an order on my online store and Braintree denied the customer twice so I've looked up the issue and found that someone where I live posted the same question Re: Payment Issue Jersey Channel Islands - Shopify Community. So now I'm trying to set up 2 Advanced credit/Debit card - UseePay and its asking me for my merchant ID.

As Braintree Payments is considered to be a third-party payment gateway, you will want to connect with them directly. This will allow their support team to investigate that issue further and provide steps on how you can get this resolved as quickly as possible. 


As for accessing your Merchant ID, you will want to have the Account Owner connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to get you authenticated and provide that ID to you. When it comes to account specific inquiries like this one, we wouldn't have access to those details through the Community. Our support team however, will be able to provide further assistance.
