I appreciate the context that you have shared as that is helpful. Since you have noticed aholdon the Shopify Payments gateway and submitted your documents, they should be reviewed within72 hours. If you have not heard back within that period of time, I would suggest reaching out to our support to get an update. With that being said, the hold on the store does not prevent your customers from checking out successfully using Shopify Payments, it's just a hold on the payouts from those orders.
