Payment Method Error at Checkout

Seeing this error - "There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method."
On checkout page on clicking on "Pay Now"

How to resolve this issue?
Make sure of the following:
1. Payment method is "Active"
2. Payment Gateway is Razorpay and the account is active
3. Shipping and Delivery is set
4. Checkout page

I just reinstalled and it's working again. All the payment methods.
