Click the green Login button and proceed to login to your store.
Choose a topic that most closely relates to your query. In this case it might be Money as the topic, and then Shopify Payments as the sub-topic.
Choose the contact method at the bottom of the results page - I would recommend 'Chat With Us' for this, which will connect you to a support advisor via live chat.
Please keep in mind some types of queries cannot be resolved immediately by our support advisors during your interaction. They may need time to process your request and pass information to other teams etc. This is normal and can sometimes take a few days before you hear back. Rest assured we understand the urgency of your issue and always aim to resolve things as quickly as possible.
