Payment Option Arrangement & Preselection

Hello everyone, I'm wondering if there's a way I could arrange the payment option on the payment page so that PayPal won't be at the top or preselected.

PayPal appears on the checkout information page and it's also the preselected option on the payment page. Making it seem as if it's the only payment option I have. One would have to scroll down to see the other payment option. I would like my other option to be at the top or get the preselection removed.
