Payment options ordering kiosk

Good day,

We want to install an ordering kiosk in our physical store, which will show our webshop with all our products and customers can order products via this ordering kiosk and have them shipped.

Now I'm just running into the problem with paying, I've heard 2 different options but so far I can't figure it out.

Option 1: At checkout, select a payment method in "Pay in store" so that we can then pay with our own PIN. now the payment method must only be visible on the ordering column and not for online users. I think this can be done using apps or rules to show this per IP address/gateway, but I don't know how?

Option 2: use an extra PIN device so that there is an option "PIN payment" at checkout and the amount is transferred to the PIN device. Now there must be a link for this and it must again only be visible to the device in the shop.

If anyone has any insight into this and/or knows a solution, I would like to hear from you.
