payment pending question do i need a plug in to receive payments

hi i have 4 orders come through and they all have payment pending on them, so i presume there is a setting wrong somewhere. but for the life of me i cant find it  , ive been told i need a $400 plug in to sort it but i thinks hes trying to scam me.

You don't really need a plugin to fulfill your orders. There is probability the orders are not real from start. Do you mind providing your store link?
