Payment pending

The most recent sale shows payment still pending but PayPal shows payment was made going on 2 days now?

I will need to gather some more information from you to understand your situation better. Did your customer pay with PayPal for this order? If so, your payout will come through PayPal and not Shopify. If you are having issues with a payment from PayPal it is best to contact their Support Team as we do not support their payment gateway.

Please let me know if you have any further questions! I would love to learn more about your business. Do you use any other payment gateways on your site such as Shopify Payments?

No, The payment is confirmed by PayPal, but the Shopify order info
shows pending. Sorry for this but i'm new to shopify.

No problem at all. I know things can seem a bit overwhelming when first starting out on Shopify, but we are here to help! Is your PayPal account connected to your Shopify account? Can you send me a screenshot of the page you are looking at? Please blur out any confidential information before sending it. If your customer paid via PayPal then the money will go into your PayPal account.
