Payment Problem that is not resolved and I keep getting the same answer that it has been assigned to

I have been trying to setu the payments since the beginning of the account. I can no longer accept orders on my shopify store since the 16th of October. I have contacted the Chat support more than 10 times and they have issued a ticket and add it on the urgent matters.Every time they tell me that the right team will communicate with me but no one has communicated so far. I cannot receive any orders on my store and the payments that I got from the orders that I have received previously are still pending. So basically, Shopify not only does not allow me to sell but also confiscated the money from the previous orders without any feedback or any support.
