Payment Provider issues for my location.

Hello, I'm located in Macedonia and the biggest obstacle I've had on launching my store is setting up a payment provider.

Shopify Payments isn't available here, nor is PayPal. I'm aware there is a lot of other third-party options that I could use here, but I ended up trying most, if not all of them and they all had specific requirements ( a company, a minimum amount of sales etc.) which I cannot provide.
I even contacted Shopify customer support twice, and while they did their best, it seems like there's only so much they can do from their position and I didn't get any help.

Is there really nothing I can do in this situation? I'm aware other people located in my country have asked similar questions here, but there doesn't seem like a resolution to the problem was reached.
I really believe that if that's the case Shopify should make it more clear, before someone like I did creates and prepares a whole store for launch only to realize there's no way to receive money for a simple e-commerce store.
