Are pending payments processed after closing a Shopify store?

Hi,

 

We have closed our Shopify store however there is still money to be paid out and we haven't put together a payment schedule. As well as this we have received no communications about receiving payment since.

If you had Shopify Payments enabled on your store, please get in touch with us through the Shopify Help Center so we can take a look at the store with you to clarify when any outstanding payouts might be sent.
