Payment status pending

Hi it says payment status pending after the item has been fulfilled what does that mean and will the money go to my bank account ?

Kindly check your order timeline and make sure that their payment went through. If not, you will need to contact your customer regarding their payment and if successful, I highly suggest that you reach out to Shopify support team so, they can further check the status of the order payment and manually update the status of the order if possible.
