Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
We had an order come in that shows that they paid with their credit card, but on the order dashboard it also shows "Overdue." Does this mean that payment didn't go through? Is there another way to verify or show the customer if we need to ask for another form of payment?

This isn't supposed to happen, but I have seen reports of orders appearing this way for some merchants. Please reach out to our support team through the Help Center here for more help with this.
