Payment successfully done but order not confirmed

I had placed an order on myhomedecor5.myshopify.com, amount got debited from bank vide transaction no 15109654711 for Jenil Gordhanbhai Rangani on 03.05.2022, however order not confirmed and payment also not reversed.

I understand you've placed an order online, the amount was debited from your account but you haven't received an order confirmation email or update about your order.

 

Shopify is a website and shopping cart service that some Merchants use to run their online store. We do not manage the shipping or sales of any stores. We don't manage any of the day-to-day operations of any Merchants or operate on behalf of any Merchants.

 

Have you already tried reaching out directly to the store owner? They will be in the best position possible in assisting you with any order updates, shipping, refunding or exchanging an item. I recommend searching the storefront for a Contact page or any social media links as those may be more closely monitored.

 

If you've exhausted all methods of trying to contact the store owner, we recommend that you reach out to either your bank/credit card provider or PayPal depending on how you paid for your order.  This is because most banks have built-in security measures to protect you as a buyer and they will be able to provide you with the appropriate next steps. Your bank/credit card provider or PayPal will truly be in the best position to help provide you with further options regarding your payment and possible refund options.
