Payment third party providers don't show anymore

Hello,

I live in Saudi Arabia and I used to have a wide variety of options of third party providers for payments. Now, all of the providers have been removed (including major ones like MyFatoorah and PayTabs) and only 2 options are left...

 

It is essential to mention as well that the other providers still exist in the "Available payment providers" section in Shopify for my country.

 

Is this a glitch or an error with Shopify.com ?

There are some upcoming changes to third-party payment providers on Shopify, as noted in this announcement.

 

Most third-party payment providers have been updating their integrations in order to continue to be compatible with Shopify. But in order to confirm if a payment provider will still be compatible after the upcoming changes, you're best to reach out to the respective provider directly as they are best equipped to provide this information for you.

 

As an example, I did see that MyFatoorah has a new app and newly-updated installation instructions available here. I'd still recommend to contact their support team here to begin with, however, just to confirm whether or not their integration will continue to be compatible with the upcoming changes to Shopify's checkout on July 31.
