I recently received an order. It was paid through Shopify payments however, it is not showing up on any of my transactions or payouts. I looked through all the payouts and that specific order was not  on any of them. It says payment was processed and doesn’t say anything about pending or any of that.

With regards to your inquiry, payouts take 2 or more days, from the date of the order, to be paid out (depending on the merchant's country). I suggest giving it some time for the funds to reach your account. 

If the problem persists however, I recommend reaching out to our live support team. Once they verify your credentials, they can open up back end information and dig deeper to see what is happening with this specific order and funds. This is information that we do not have over social channels which is why we are referring to you our live team.
