In order to give you helpful advice, are you able to tell me more about the bill you're trying to pay? For example, is this your monthly Shopify subscription bill or are you speaking about a different bill? What happened when you tried to pay the bill?

You can pay outstanding Shopify bills within your Shopify admin by going to Settings > Billing. From here, locate the bill you need to pay in your billing history, and click Pay bill. You can find more information on managing your billing here. We also have some FAQs about billing answered here that can help you out.
Please try that out and let me know if you're still having trouble! If it's still not working for you I'd also recommend you speak with our support team here. We aren't able to see your billing information here over the Shopify Community, but if you contact us through the page I shared we'd be able to review this with you in more detail.
