How long does the review takes?
One of my stores, i don't even use Shopify Shop Pay/Installments, yet i received notifications that the Payouts are on Hold.
Why did this happen?
I didn't even received any emails regarding that.
How long does it takes to lift the Hold?
If your business does not have Shopify Payments or Shop Pay in use on it then please reach out to our authenticated support channels for additional help with this. Without being able to review your account, I can't be sure of the cause for your review.
