Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I keep getting told by customers that their payments are getting declined and are trying several times with the same outcome. Is there anything I can do to fix this.
Are your customer all having the same error? If yes, kindly double checking your checkout page or payment method and see if it is correctly activated. If not, the error might be coming directly on your customer's card. Kindly instruct them to use a different card or reach out to their bank provider.
