Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Our store has had pending payments for about a month now. We have 3 open cases, 2 escalated and 1 urgent. No progress has been made. I'm not sure what else to do or who else to reach out to. The bank account and all the other information is correct and the payment settings have been checked multiple times. Customer service is utterly useless with helping in this situation. The store has been downgraded to the lowest tier until there's been a resolution as business cannot continue without payments.
