I have been in touch with Shopify support to get help, I chatted with Isabella and she promised to let the engineers check what the problem could be. In my dashboard, tonly one payment is tagged with paid and I have got it but since december 17th, nothing seems to work and it is affecting my business badly.
Thankful for any input that could help resolve this issue.
