Hello, everytime i enter my tax id and business name it tells me i put it incorrectly , I have tried multiple times .

Also , my payments are on hold ,i believe it has something to do with me selling a CBD product but i believe i addressed everything to correct the issues.

Fors your first issue with trying to enter your tax ID and business name, could you send me a screenshot of the error message you're receiving? I also recommend clearing your cache and trying an incognito window to see if you're able to enter it in that way. 

 

For your second issue regarding your payouts being on hold, I recommend reading over our Shopify Payments Terms of Service to make sure that you're not violating any of those policies. If you've removed any prohibited products and don't believe you're violating the Terms of Service, you can check to see if you've received an email from our team about your payouts, and reply to that directly. You should also check your spam and promotions folders to see if the email has ended up there. If you aren't able to locate an email from us, you can reach out to our live support team through the Help Center. You can explain that your payouts are on hold and ask them for an update on your case.
