My problem is that I contacted the electronic payment platform (Tap) and I took their approval and they gave me all the necessary information to connect the portal to the store, but I could not connect. I chose the payment gateway from the store settings, but to no avail. I cannot use it.
Thanks for the breakdown here, @skyzoon. It sounds to me like you have added the payment gateway itself successfully but the setup of the account is not working is that right? If so, Tap themselves would be best equipped to help get you set up from here on out.
Have you tried reaching out to their support lines?
Did they mention any specifics as to what needed to be done at all? Do you know what steps need to be taken to fix this from our end?
