My Shopify payments are on hold because I'm trying to upload a piece of identity verification but when I try to upload it says the picture is not clear. I tried several times and it still says the same thing. Please help, thank you!

With regards to your inquiry, please reach out to our live support team so they can manually review this document you are submitting and investigate further as to why the system is not accepting it. Once they verify your credentials, they can open up back end information and see more clearly as to what is happening with this document that you are uploading.
