I can see that you tried to place an order on the store, presumably to test out the ordering process from the customers perspective?
You mentioned that the payments were disabled on the page, which is certainly not ideal. What payment gateways do you have enabled on your store? And are you seeing any error messages in your admin relating to this? You can navigate to Settings > Payments to see the active gateways. We also have some helpful information here relating to payments on Shopify.
It would also be a good idea to check your emails, just to double check if any information relating to disabled payments has come through from us or one of your other payment providers.
