Hi,

I have an issue with my payout account as my previous bank account is closed and I need to update it with new one. But the issue is that I don't have previous bank account details like Routing No & Complete Bank Account No. Is there any way I can change/update my Bank Account details without previous bank account details?

This has happened to merchants before and we have a process in place to get the issue resolved. To do this, you will need to get in touch with our live support team via the Help Center. We'll request some verification documents from you and assist you with getting the bank information changed. When it comes to reaching out to our live support line, I'll provide some steps here to make it easier.

1. Head over to this link: Contact Shopify Support · Shopify Help Center
2. Log in
3. Select the support topic that best suits your inquiry (such as Account or Store settings)
4. Scroll down to where it says Get support and select one of the available support options

You'll then be connected with a Support Advisor who can get the process started for you.
