Hello,

My Shopify Payments account has been closed. The reason for the closure is that I do not have any physical activity in the country where my company is located, the UK. In this case, will I not be able to receive the payments that came before the closing?

That is a great question! We are unable to provide a specific answer regarding this situation as we do not have internal access to account or store-specific information from the Community forums. I would suggest attempting to reply to email that you received that informed you of this. This would be the best method to get in direct contact with the corresponding team that is handling the case.

I wrote, but no one answers me. What should I do? I paid money to send those orders, but I am not getting anything in return, and this puts me behind financially.

Thanks for your feedback! Tickets will be responded to as soon as possible by the correct times in the order they enter the queue. This can take some time depending on the queue volume, therefore, we recommend waiting to hear back through your inbox.

 

At anytime, you can also check where your ticket is in the current queue by connecting with our Live Team
