Can any person assist me im waiting plus minus 3 days for my payout from Shopify and I'm getting worried

My tutor is online on the telegram platform but she don't give me any answers to why the money did not reach my bank account yet. I'm from South Africa my first payment 2 months ago took very quick in 15 minutes time the money was in my bank account the second time I'm waiting very long for R18116 to reach my Absa bank account can any person advise me

I even ask the manager for assistance no one came back to me I'm very worried cause things like this never happend to me
