Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello! I want to receive payment through Payoneer and all my Payoneer information are ready but I am getting the following error:
Finish setting up your Payoneer Checkout account
You cannot use this provider to accept payments because you haven't finished setting up your account with them.
I am trying like 2 weeks, i contact the support, i tried everything but the error remains. When i press on manage i log in in my account there but nothing happens (i already register for Payoneer Checkout like 2 weeks ago).
I need some help.

As Payoneer Checkout is considered to be a third-party payment provider, the best thing you can do is to connect with them directly. This will allow the payment provider to take a closer look into your account set up and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.

To share some insight, third-party payment providers allow you to continue accepting credit cards online if Shopify Payments is unavailable to you.
As they are external providers, this means that your customers must complete their purchases on a checkout page that's hosted outside of your online store and therefore would not be supported by Shopify directly. To learn more about this, you can check out our Third-Party Payment Providers documentation as it touches on this further.
The best thing you can do is connect with Payoneer directly, as they will be able to investigate this further.

The issue still persist, i dont knwo exactly what do you mean by connecting with them directly , so i go to setting then choose payment methode then i choose payoneer then i install it but it keeps giving me the same error “ your payoneer account is connected to shopify but you cant recieve any payment because you need to finish setting up your account with them click on manage to finish setting up and when i press on manage it just redirect me to payoneer page were i sign in then nothing happens still the same ,the although my payoneer account is fully set up

I also get this error, still not fixed and cannot use any other to accept payments on my store due to my location..
Hi I am also getting same error however i found this page it says you need to have at least 10,000 usd sale volume for payoneer checkout
i think best option is to have US based bank Account by going in person and setup with stripe.

Hope this finds you well, I'm also running a dropshipping business, My suggestion might help you.
Actually I'm currently going through with the same issue, I think what they mean is to Create a receiving account in payoneer by submitting some of the documents they need and you can easily provide them.
I'm currently getting this issue, But I tried to Create a receiving account in payoneer as we can't receive payments in pakistan so easily.
I hope it may help. Please Update me if it does.....(I have submitted my documents and waiting that's why suggested.)

I didn't find the solution but I started using manual Payment method on my store with my account details n all.

I know we can receive payments in our local bank accounts in Pakistan. but the problem comes in when you have to give a refund. how do you manage this 🙂
To refund the payment, we can use the email customer provided and contact with them for bank details to refund the amount.
