Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Apparently I had a typo in the routing number and/or bank account number that I used to link my account for payouts... My first payout just failed to go through because of this mistake and when I go to chance my payout bank account information - it asks me for my OLD payout bank account information which I have absolutely no way of every finding since there was a typo. Can anyone help me?
Hey, @chegarty.
Elias here with Shopify Support. Thank you for reaching out!
I'd be happy to help you with updating the bank account information for Shopify Payments. Since the issue is caused by a typo, I'll need to have our Payments/Accounts team further assist you. To do that, I've sent an authentication to the registered email we have on file - Please check your inbox/spam folders and reply to it. Once I've authenticated the account, I can move forward with the next steps.
Thanks!
