Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Our store has not received our payouts since July 25th. On our back end of Shopify it says it was due to a bank error, so we updated the bank account information. The funny thing is that it is the exact same bank information that is on our other store, and those payouts are going through without issue. Now it says "will retry payout by August 12th" which did not happen and now it's the 20th and it still says the same thing. I've contacted Shopify Support several times and keep getting the run around saying "they'll get to it when they can". This is almost a full month of not receiving our funds. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any thoughts on how to resolve it since Shopify is dragging their feet and can't give me a clear answer on what the issue is?
