Has anyone else had problems like this? The support team literally just not responding back, its been nearly 2 weeks and they said they escelated my ticket there is no way its taking them 2 weeks to assist me with my store. I gave incorrect banking details and I am unable to update them to give the right details because I dont know what I entered the first time. I reached out to support and "Mary" escelated my ticket nearly 2 weeks ago. If anyone knows if there is any way to fix this myself without support assistance would be wonderful. Also I havent been able to send out products to over 50+ people due to a lack of funds because the team wont get back to me. I need this fixed as soon as possible.
