Hi all, when setting up my Shopify account I added the correct bank information and no longer using that bank account any more i recently reached out to the same bank and received a statement with the correct account and routing message and . I am now receiving and error
To change your bank account, make the following changes:

Can you share your screenshot? Is it coming on the admin panel? Check your billing history through the settings of your shopify account.
Or contact the shopify support team they will guide you with the best solution.
Shopify Admin panel gives the update of all the payments and bank account updates. Go through it and change the bank details. Let me share the screenshot of what is appearing.

When verifying the previous account details, formatting must also match the initial entry, including any spaces and dashes used.
