Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
My payout is on hold from last 10 days. i havent received any email from shopify payments merchant team. I have contacted support more than 6 times for this issue. They say the matter is escalated and the merchant team will mail you. But nothing has happened yet. The maximum wait time was 48 hours and i have been waiting for 10 days. My money is stuck and i have to stop every operation of my business.

After the issue was resolved, there was little feedback from the community. After about 10 days on my account, the issue was resolved. I hope my feedback provides you with some useful information. My account was triggered for review because they deemed my account to have too many high and medium risk orders that were not processed in a timely manner. Now I will cancel all high risk orders within 3 days if the customer doesn't respond, I guess this keeps the account healthy.

You cannot proactively contact specialized customer service, and general customer service cannot solve this problem.
This is where the contradiction lies. Maybe this is why shopify wants you to reflect on yourself where the problem lies.

Mine was resolved in about 10 days. If you have disputes or high-risk orders, I suggest you deal with them first.

My account triggered an internal review, which will take time. I didn't do anything else. Please keep an eye on your email, they may ask you to submit new information. The only thing left is to be patient and wait. You can also switch to other payment methods such as Paypal first.
