Anyone else having issues with Pay-outs on hold?
Last pay-out received 16th June 2023 then noticed on Monday 19th that it stated my Shopify Payments are on hold.
I reached out to support as per what it says to do but no one can give me an answer as to why it is on hold and even better no email from anyone about it so can get it resolved. It is now 27th June 2023 - 9 DAYS no action taken from anyone. All i get is a scripted response every time from Support Agent. 'Rest assured the team will be in contact shortly' etc etc
No one to speak to on the phone to try and get this resolved faster also!!

Funny how i write this and today i try to log in and you have now completely locked my domain.
Can you tell me a bit more about what you mean when you say 'locked my domain'? Are you getting an error message, or something similar to that, when trying to login to your store?

Wow they are doing the same thing to me right now. I have never had a customer complaint or charge back in the 2 years my store has been using this service. They cut me off and are holding $7000 of my money and no one cares! Sounds like the banking partners are actually running the show....shame
