Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Shopify has held 100% of our funds for almost 30 days now. I never received an email as to why or if they need more information and support is zero help, saying it's escalated and I should hear back within 24-48 hours and nothing. We've had our business for years. We're having to get an attorney. Has anyone had any luck getting this resolved?
How do they expect people to run their business when they hold 100% of the payouts?
If they were worried about our account, they wouldn't be offering over half a million dollars of Shopify Capital. This is insane.

I'm so sorry. This is super frustrating and I'm sure has put lots of small businesses out of business.
